positive thinking/beliefs/affirmations


Some notes I have made while reading books about this:

Affirmation: I open myself to my spirits capacity:-to trust
-to release worries
-to be peaceful
-to forgive myself
-…add as you wish or need
quiet your mind and listen for answers, tuning into your intuition and try to distinguish between the voice of intuition or fear.

* when you are in need, think about the issue and ask your Higher Self to help, again tune into your intuition and distinguish between intuition or fear.

*when you get into bed, send your spirit (Higher Self, your ‘who you really are’, no matter how you call it..) into the world/Universe to do the work for you, ask for specific info you need right now to proceed with your goals, keep a notebook at your bedside and write down any impression that you may have during the night, even dreams may have the answer to your needs..
send your request into the world/ Universe, you may be surprised by the response you get this way..

*your beliefs are the fuel to your cosmic engine- you will archieve what you belief, not what you want or desire…
